I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean and had water and coffee available, but they weren't the coziest places to hang out. The service was quite friendly and the staff were polite and helpful, especially organizing taxis to various destinations. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and all the places of interest. The dining experience was good value and convenient as it was from a nearby restaurant. Overall, a nice spot to relax when exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the bustling Zocalo district. The hotel opens out onto plant-filled courtyards with cozy seating areas - perfect for chatting, reading, or using the wifi.
