I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean and had water and coffee available, but they weren't the coziest places to hang out. The service was quite friendly and the staff were polite and helpful, especially organizing taxis to various destinations. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the bustling Zocalo district. The hotel opens out onto plant-filled courtyards with cozy seating areas - perfect for chatting, reading, or using the wifi.
